Interview with John Brown scholar Jean Libby, creator of the John Brown Photo Chronology exhibit and the companion book of the same name. On this show, Libby discusses how she became interested in John Brown and what led her to research and collect the John Brown photos for an exhibit. We also will talk about why Brown posed for this series of daguerretypes that occurred beginning in 1848 and 1858, leading up to the Harpers Ferry Raid in 1859.
