We’ll explore how healthy school lunches impact learning, what a healthy school lunch program looks like and the obstacles to getting schools to implement redesigned lunch programs. Chef Cooper’s mission is expedite the change process and make better food in schools the mainstream standard (www.TheLunchBox.com).
