Our country stood together, horrified and shaken, after the Newtown, Connecticutt school shooting. Trying to get our heads around violence perpetrated against children and those who dedicate their lives teaching and protecting them continues to leave us perplexed that it has happened again. Americans own more guns than any other nation,and now that another horrible event has occurred, we’re left to ponder why it has happened again and what will finally stop violence perpertrated against innocent citizens.
