Easily and often inferred is that inactivity breeds complacency, the idle mind is the devil’s workshop, don’t use is and loose it are all appropriate when discussing a child’s physical activity or lack thereof. In this time of information technology, when everything is literally a point and click away, video games that monopolize their time and infuse a culture of violence. We need to start from scratch, let’s get physical, physical, let’s get the bodies and minds of our youth talking and doing something the stimulates their intellect and boost their self esteem and confidence. Today, we discuss the importance of physical activity.
