This week we are joined by Brigadier General, John Michel to tackle the question;

Can Leadership be Learned?

We will discuss a very honest article, posted by a student on the K-State Collegian on her negative experience with a leadership program and her sincere opinion that leadership is something that can NOT be learned. It turns out that General Michel has actually delivered a program at that institution and, he has a career full of examples of how leadership can definitely be learned.

Stay tuned to hear how the General has lead thousands of people over the course of three global assignments by using many of the tools and techniques we talk about in this show every week.
