Can Leadership be Learned?

We will discuss a very honest article, posted by a student on the K-State Collegian on her negative experience with a leadership program and her sincere opinion that leadership is something that can NOT be learned. It turns out that General Michel has actually delivered a program at that institution and, he has a career full of examples of how leadership can definitely be learned.
