In her 34-year military career Colonel Deb Lewis (Retired) held three Brigade/Battalion-level commands, including a $3 billion reconstruction program in Baghdad during combat in Iraq, and many other leadership roles and key staff positions. She has the distinction of graduating from West Point, in 1980 in the first class with women, a subsequently earned an MBA from Harvard and a Master of Science degree
From the hallways of West Point to the Pentagon, to Iraq, Deb has observed that how we greet each other is a key indicator (like the canary in a mine) that tells volumes about our relationships, either drawing us closer or pushing us apart.
