The beginning of this podcast, we are going to review everything we have learned so far.
A very special guest will help me summarize and demonstrate how I teach my young Transition Awareness Breathing students. My students range from grades kindergarten to middle schooler. They grasp concepts of mindfulness, relaxation breathing and awareness beautifully. They are eager to teach their families. The second part of this session you will have the opportunity to participate in independent practice. Whatever pressures or stresses you may be experiencing, here is time tucked away for you to breath, relax and reclaim your calmness.
