The last theory I will discuss includes many processes and supporting theories. It is called Transformational Leadership. This style adjusts to many variables to help their group achieve the ultimate vision. The leader uses a high-performing style of communication and goal setting. It drives inspiration and motivation as strategies to overcome challenges. This theory appreciates communication and feedback.
From a mindfulness perspective, this style appears to ensure that team members have what they need to succeed. The leader is continually open to feedback and does not hesitate to share a compassionate style and strategies to convince the team that each member is a valued member. Honesty and integrity are core expectations. The leader’s success is valued when each team members know that they are vital for the success of the vision.
