During this session, I would like to gift you with time to practice changing your environment. I am honored to guide you through this mindfulness practice of taking an opportunity to elevate your awareness to embrace a positive space that you have been caring around and have yet to explore.
I invite you to allow yourself to be curious to examine the experience of telling distractors, judgments, and stressors that they must wait. Distractors must stay as you travel to explore your “now” without the baggage of distractors.
