The Author
Simone Quinton is a fun-loving, down to earth Australian author who has dedicated most of her life to helping herself as well as others with their spiritual, emotional, mental and physical well-being.
Simone and her family live in Broulee near the beach on the South Coast of NSW in Australia. Her modest home is surrounded by plants. In her spare time, she enjoys camping by the beach, surfing, snowboarding, creating new adventures particularly around nature and the local wildlife.
A sunny disposition personality with a can-do attitude in life has seen Simone achieve many things including national titles in dance and fitness events. Besides writing this book that took her the best part of five years to accomplish Simone sees herself as a successful business entrepreneur presiding over several thriving businesses including a micro-brewery- Broulee Brewhouse- which was set up by her husband Rodney to whom she has been married to for twenty-five years, along with another couple. It took nine months of hard graft to get the business up and running. They have been blessed with two children Keshi-18, and Reef -16 who I had the great privilege to talk to via Zoom when Simone and myself were discussing how to formulate this podcast.
As well as having a positive outlook in life Simone admits to having a so-called sixth sense which enables her to converse easily with nature and the spirit world. Her numerous encounters with the latter have helped her to help others to reach out to their loved ones who are now on the other side. Simone’s expertise in every thing life seems to be endless, her emotional experiences and qualifications has placed her in a unique position to talk about all sorts of matters in this amazing book of hers. To give you an idea of the topics she’s approached in the book have a look at the following list, I’m only going to give you a tantalizing short version of the lengthy list: Reiki, Aboriginal and Tibetan massages, chakra balancing, galactic energy healing, past life regression and shiatsu.
Simone has always known that one day she would write a book about what matters to her most in life, at thirteen she started to meditate, and at seventeen she fell foul to the debilitating condition Myalgic Encephalomyelitis more commonly known as chronic fatigue syndrome. This condition had a profound impact on her so much so she had to reconsider her choice of following a career in physiotherapy, but as we all know sometimes in life a door closes and while that’s disappointing other doors open and for Simone new doors certainly opened, those doors were eclectic studies and healing modalities. From the age of twenty-one Simone has kept notes about herself and clients’ experiences and from these 2000 pages of notes she has been able to create this first phenomenal book of hers.
A unique and quirky story Simone told me about was when she and Rodney before kids arrived on the scene would spend months travelling in Australia’s outback and get up to all sorts of naturistic adventures surviving on what the land provided and only working at odd jobs just to pay for basics like fuel and bits of food. Kimberley was the location a remote part of Australia, the farmhouse (station) they stayed at had access to roadless tracks that took them to places that had no contact with the outside world. Rodney and herself opted to go down some of these unchartered tracks with their un-serviced battered and beat up old 4WD with tinny (boat) on the roof to pursue a fishing expedition into the croc-invested and blood sucking flies’ territory where death from the oppressive heat and wildlife is very real if you don’t follow the survival rules. Barramundi fishing comes with challenges and the first golden rule is to seek fresh drinking water. In their attempt to track down fresh water they found themselves wading waist-deep in mud to reach the clean water, however they misjudged the tidal movements and with a surge of tidal water full of deadly crocs heading their way, they just about reached the tinny, exhausted having to fight their way through sucking mud they managed and only just to scramble into the tinny with the old crocs snapping at their heels. They got their fish that day but nearly minus a few vital body appendages. Lesson learnt, judge the tides before you get in to hot water. They laugh about that experience now but didn’t at the time.

The Book
This first book that Simone Quinton has written isn’t a cuddly bedtime read, it was never intended to be that. This is a book for those that love and engage in soul navigation systems, people who are in touch with their inner selves and are looking for a fresh approach to tap into hidden energies that can bring about renewed and vigorous vitality for a balanced, happy and remarkable life both in physical and mental formats. A book that will allow guidance to evoke the sixth sense we all often claim to possess. For me this a book that you can reach out to each week to read, digest, follow and practise each of the thirty-three plasma soul codes to help activate and enlighten your human self.
There are forty-three chapters in this book, the first eight chapters explain the basics to Simone’s theories around cosmic lingo, spiritually, meditation all driven through your inner soul which she believes works like a personal stargate where all is connected and possible. Within the soul are codes or directions to assist you to be genuine to yourself to bring about a balanced and resourceful life.
Chapters 9 – 41 inclusive covers off the 33 plasma soul codes, these self-guidance teachings are written in such a fashion that their thought-provoking contents are to me intriguing, fascinating and certainly reveal eye-opening suppositions. Each chapter revolves around one soul code. The chapters are standardised in their structure with sayings, poetic verse, purpose, message, guidance, advanced action, one on one, message in a bottle and reference sections. Despite the uniform set out within each chapter there are cleverly worked out variations to keep the reader thoroughly engaged. For me I think the best way to approach this book is to take a plasma soul code each week and follow through with the guidance and teachings in that self-counselling episode.
The last two chapters in the book, are simply an oversight for you to recapture and bring together this informative, thought-provoking process.
This is a spectacular, and imposing book which has been exquisitely written with at times a light sense of humour added to it. Well done, Simone.
