We open our session by paying attention to silence and listening to ambient noises. The purpose of this practice is to reflect on the benefits of using silence mindfully. Silence can help us take a mindful pause and reflect on learning experiences. During the silence:
- Did you pick up any ambient noises?
- How did you feel about the silence?
As we uncover the beauty in ourselves, concentrate on successes that were made during challenges. Have you ever experienced making a mistake and found out things worked out, or you discover new ways of doing something? This“mistake” was a growth period.
