Happy Winter Solstice! It’s now officially Winter and the weather where we practice reflects that. It’s only 19 degrees outside and snowing this morning. However, the Crone talks about how we have been celebrating the Solstice today and offers a suggestion of something you might want to try as we head into a new calendar year. Today is also our New Year so Happy Day to all as well.
