As the school year winds down and summer knocks on the door, parents and caregivers are left with a little extra space — and a familiar question: how do we want to fill it?
In this episode of Transition Awareness Breathing, host Eartha invites you to foster just one mindfulness skill this summer. Not a whole new lifestyle. Just one small practice, the way you’d care for a pet for a short season.
You’ll explore seven simple skills — mindful eating, breathing, walking, smell, texture, temperature, and thought imagery — with one easy example each. Then we’ll close with a short guided practice so you can choose your “fosterskill” and try it on the spot.
