How does a shy southern belle go from singing with the family to touring  the country with Number 1 pop hits,  to massive crowds?   Hear Toni Tennille’s story, dealing with her rise to fame all the while dealing with a partner that was incredibly hard to read.  The relationship was complicated and driven to succeed, yet still suffered from challenging backgrounds.
Ironically their biggest hit was Love Will Keep Us Together did not ring true for the songbirds.   Toni was unable to create the happy spot for Darryl and herself so they eventually did split.    Perseverance and a Joie de Vivre propelled Toni to the place of peace and joy where she is now.

Her Story with Kate Delaney

Kate knows. She cut her teeth in one of the toughest industries for women – radio broadcasting, but not just radio, Sports Radio. Putting up with more than we can imagine, she’s persevered and is now the host of her own show America Tonight, and a host of NBC Sports programming. National speaker and author of Deal Your Own Destiny, published by Forbes Books – Kate’s the girl you want on your team and not just as a player – as the captain.

Kate’s light-hearted approach and conviction to getting to the real story make her your go-to resource for women on the move. Her favorite piece of advice to women and anyone in business? “Every day look at your strengths, skills, assets and connections – and think ,,, what am I not leveraging today? When you bring all of those things together – you can not lose!”
