    Nearly the entire field of psychology and especially developmental psychology has been normed on white elite males and then generalized to females. Although the virtues and styles of women leaders have often been classified as lesser and even demeaned, we are now seeing the power and effectiveness of those behaviors, especially in leadership. Dr Stacy Feiner, Dr Kathy Overbeke and their colleagues have authored a new look at a holistic developmental model which they call The Sixth Level. In this session we discuss how they came to their model and how it adds to our understanding of both human development and leadership.
