Connie‘s motivational quote today is by, ― Lucille Ball
“Love yourself first and everything else falls into line. You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world.”
Are you able to look in the mirror and say, “I love you” to your reflection and mean it? I know, this is a crazy question and most of us are feeling very uncomfortable with this notion? Why? Don’t we need to love ourselves before anyone else can love us and see our true value and potential?
This question cuts to the core of our belief system. We all may have many good beliefs in place, serving us well, while other beliefs may be destructive and not healthy for us any longer.
Perhaps the bigger question is, “how do I figure out what limiting beliefs I have and how do I change them so I can live the life I desire?”
Today your host, Connie Whitman, speaks with her inspiring guest, Halli Bourne. Halli is going to discuss a process for building awareness that changes our relationship with limiting and reactive thoughts. She is going to help us learn to love ourselves, if we don’t already! This can be a delicate, sometimes tricky and daunting proposition and Halli has found that there’s a lot of crap out there that serves only to gloss over the deeper, darker issues that desperately want and need to be brought to light.
This process takes a willingness to surrender coping mechanisms that helped us survive earlier in life, but at some point we realize are holding us back. Halli helps people who have grown weary of tolerating self-betrayal and are ready to step into the joy and self-love their soul has been calling them to.
Halli brings her twenty years plus of study in yogic teachings, meditation, ancient and modern spirituality, depth psychology and
energy medicine, as well as her sincerity and intuition to her coaching and teaching. In the presence of her wisdom, empathy and insight, clients and students are empowered to turn within, to discover and calibrate their inner compass for living a life infused
with meaning and creativity. As a writer, musician, visual artist, dancer, psychonaut and entrepreneur, Halli embodies the essence of artful living.
