How often do we humble ourselves to be beginners? For me, prior to the past month or so it wasn’t that often. But over the past few weeks I’ve been a beginner in various styles of dance and learning how to speak Spanish. I can tell you both experiences have been very humbling! This week’s show is all about that process of being a beginner and being humbled by this. The good and bad that comes with that and why you shouldn’t be afraid to try something new and to give yourself permission to be a beginner. If you find yourself saying “I really wish I could do that!” (whatever “that” is for you) then this episode is for you.
