I decided for this week’s show it’s time to talk about something we can start to leave behind as we move into 2020 and blame was at the top of my list. More importantly, the blame we put on ourselves for things that aren’t even our fault. In this weeks episode, I share two examples in my own life how I was suffering endlessly with blame for things that didn’t even have anything to do with me. I share some ways you can begin to give yourself a break on the blaming yourself and two very important questions you can ask yourself right now to see exactly where you are energetically. If you have been beating yourself up with your knowledge of the LOA (this shouldn’t be happening to me!) then I also shed some light on this topic and offer a resource for you to learn more. Resources this week include this LOA explanation by Teal Swan.
