Many times I have these great conversations with my friends and after we are done talking I say, “that should have been a podcast!”. So this week, I invited one of my very best friends Shannon to come on the show and do what we do best, talk things out!

I’m calling this “unscripted conversations with friends” because we don’t have a script for this show. The only thing we decided on was our topic – Breaking Out of Mental Quarantine Habits and the rest is a real life conversation between two friends!

One of the things I love about my friendship with Shannon is I can be 100% authentic and real with her and while we do vent it out when needed, we are both solution oriented. We don’t just leave it at the vent session, we come up with a plan to help each other out, no matter what this situation is.

In this conversation, Shannon and I share some of our struggles with moving on with life post quarantine and we talk about solutions to move past the struggle and on to the life we want to live. I hope you enjoy this unscripted conversation with friends!
