In this session Sarah and Kris discuss the many defenses our egos construct, why they  are there, how they differ from our boundaries and what to do about them. We dig into the process of becoming more self-aware because of our defense mechanisms as the work around to thoise defense strategies and a healthier way to deal with the situation.
