Create What You Speak

Sloane Freemont

Relationships – especially our most intimate ones – are mirrors to what is really going on inside of you. The people we come in contact with are mirroring back to us our deepest fears, areas to heal, or on the flip side of that – the areas of self love we’ve created for ourselves. This can be a good and bad thing. On the one hand it can be a powerful tool that helps us grow into the best version of ourselves.
On the other hand, it can be painful and we can shut down and not even be open to learning the lessons we need to learn from what our relationships are showing us. This causes those problem areas repeat over and over. This week, Sloane talks about the mirrors in her own life and what she learned from her breakup with Nick. If you are tired of repeating the same patterns over and over and want to change, don’t miss this episode.
