Reboot (with reference to a computer system) is to boot or be booted again. Sometimes as humans we need a reboot when things just aren’t going as planned. This week Sloane shares some of the struggles she’s been facing and how she’s handling her own reboot to make sure her own needs are getting met and she is no longer tolerating behavior that doesn’t serve her (including her own behavior).
