Blissful Living – Aromatherapy and The Blissful “You”

When you think of the word aromatherapy immediately your brain begins to conjure up scents that are extremely pleasing to your sense of smell. Did you know that aromatherapy is a powerful form of healing or that it works on all five senses of the body and can lead to bliss? Aromatherapy was used by the ancient Egyptians for all sorts of purposes but one of the main purposes was for the healing of the mind, body and spirit. Some scents used in aromatherapy were also used in the biblical days as well and a few of these that come to mind are frankenscence, myrrh and sandalwood.
