Getting a Grip on Time: Do More with Less! – A Middle Earth Adventure in New Zealand – from Alps to Ocean by bike
This is a show with a difference.
We all have different ways of achieving life balance. For me, exercise with friends plays an important part. This year the planets aligned and I was able to join a bunch of friends over Easter on one of New Zealand’s top cycling tours. In five days we covered 256 km (about 160 miles) on the Alps 2 Ocean Cycle Trail through some of the most beautiful and rugged scenery in the South Island of New Zealand, riding from Mount Cook to Oamaru, supported by tour company Natural High. Think Lord of the Rings (minus orcs, elves, dwarves and hobbits) and you’ve got a good picture of the scenery.
So, enjoy the journey with me as my friends and I share our challenges and adventures. And if you’d like to see photos of the locations, check out my Facebook page.
